Black Bean Chocolate Smoothie (Serves 1)

  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 large banana (pre-chopped)
  • 2 cups soy milk
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste

Indian Spiced Chickpea Salad (Serves 1)

  • 1 ½ cup chickpeas

  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 cup rocket leaves

  • Juice from ½ lime
